Ive used Royalty Auto-Kingsland twice in the last 6 months and Im happy with the service Ive received. Very thorough inspections and straight forward recommendations. You may pay a little more than other shops, but there is a reason for that. Vehicle maintenance shouldnt be something you cheap out on. Will be back again for all my vehicle maintenance!

Outstanding Service - From entering the door to driving off the lot. You will not get your vehicle until the owner verifies all your vehicle issues were fixed. This was my second time visiting this shop. Customer Service, attention to detail and exceeding my expectation were the reasons for returning after two years.

The work was performed in a timely manner and as promised. They did a complete, complimentary inspection that was very detailed and helpful. They also washed and vacuumed the inside of my car and it was immaculate. The best thing that I liked about them was that they were not pushy with trying to sell me a service that I did not need or ask for. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
