I had work done on my Dodge Durango. Little to my surprise it need so much work on the front end. Royalty auto took my truck (my baby ) and fixed everything they found wrong and I actually just got it home. The ride home was amazing and I couldn’t stop smiling. I couldn’t be happier. They did an amazing job. Not only the mechanic work but my inside of my truck is super clean and I have a nice pretty pink rose to go with that clean job. Thank you Sherwood and all the employees at royalty for their amazing job and hard work. I’ll be bringing my truck back for now one.

Always great prompt service

This was my first experience with Royalty Auto Service. I contacted them to verify that they did service European Vehicles, as I have a VW Jetta. I need an oil change and was not keen on driving over an hour to Jacksonville to the dealer to have it done. Everyone was amazing, I dropped my car off, was given a ride home, and a few hours later was picked up service complete. Everyone was friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

My whole experience was very pleasant. The staff was very welcoming and worked quickly to get my appointment completed. I will be back soon for additional services needed.

Exceptional!!! You have to experience going for yourself to understand why I gave 5 stars. They are professional and down to earth people. I've been having my vehicle serviced for years and no complaints. Sherwood stands by their motto of building relationships - I receive calls asking if my vehicle is running fine after it has been serviced. I don't know many companies that make follow-up phone calls. Your vehicle is thoroughly examined and explained in detail what the Issue is. Kudos to everyone !!
