Outstanding. I've been looking for a repair/service shop closer to home than Jacksonville for my vehicles. This was my 2nd time here & I've been very satisfied so far.

The experience at royalty auto immediately curbed the usual feel of anxiety that can be experienced when dealing with an automotive shop. Speaking with the staff has consistently been a pleasant and easy-going experience. Sherwood (sales manager) has been great to deal with and work with and has always gone above and beyond to help me any way he can. Each time that I have taken my car there the repairs have always been made quickly. The overall feel of the environment feels more like a relaxed family atmosphere than a stressful business one. When I got my car back from having work done the inside was clean and even had a rose left in there that I was able to surprise my girlfriend with. you are able to see exactly what you are paying for every step of the way so there are truly no surprises. To anyone needing any type of automotive repair I would highly suggest using Royalty Auto.

A friend who owns two Priuses told me about Royalty and the wonderful service he got from them on his Priuses. When my Ford F150 transmission began to fail, I took the truck in. They diagnosed the problem and explained my options. They exerted significant effort to find a new used transmission that would reliably fill my needs. Before I bought the replacement, they evaluated the truck and told me the vehicle had many more good miles and years on it, so it was worth spending more to replace the transmission than I had spent on the truck purchase. Shortly thereafter the engine control module (the computer that in effect runs the engine) died. Again, they found a used but suitable computer that cost me hundreds less than a new part. I am very pleased and will continue to bring the truck and my wife's Ford Escape to Royalty.

I received excellent service and care here at Royalty Auto! I came in for an oil change, and an alignment, I received a book full of pictures of my car an inspection of everything under the hood and shocks, struts and brakes. I am very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the shop. Highly highly recommend

Clean. You're going to have a service experience like you never had in your life. Your vehicle will get a better inspection that you will personally receive at a doctor's office. I love getting the rose in the car and receiving back a happy clean car, too. And the shop emails a detailed report with photographs of everything from readings on gauges to the brake rotors. Love their courtesy and technical expertise.
