I was completely satisfied with Royalty Auto. Mostly because of the people and of course the service. I had all my questions answered and some I didn't even know I had; like a burned out light that was fixed. That was great and the taxi service to and from my home. The service was great and the clean car was really nice! All in all a great experience. I will always bring my vehicle to Royalty Auto and tell others about my experience. I have found new friends along the way, too.

They were awesome! Great customer service! So my husband went in for an oil change and they have a promo for a complimentary car wash. We only expect a simple car wash because you know it’s free so whatever but man, they cleaned and detailed our car’s interior and exterior beyond our expectations. And we were surprised to see teddy bears on each of our kids car seats after so that was a nice touch. Our kids love it. Thank you! We’ll be back for sure.
