This was my first visit to Royalty as I'm new to the area. I was glad to see there is a local shop that is knowledgeable with Mercedes autos and willing to take a fair, common sense approach to maintaining my car. They rendered great customer and mechanical service. The upfront people were very helpful to their clients even if it meant referring them to another shop. My car was done as promised, and cleaned inside and out! Nice touch! I would definitely refer them to others and use them again!

They are amazing and got me in very quickly everything was taken care of, car was cleaned and washed and vacuumed when I got it back with a rose on the dashboard . What more could he ask for. Amazing . Amazing

Mercedes-Benz C300 4Matic I had my 1st appointment yesterday at RAS and was very pleased. They're thorough with service/maintenance information and go over future appointment servicing needs. Very clean facility. Friendly staff. Service was finished earlier than expected and my car was cleaned inside and out. Don't think I'll be going back to the dealership now that I've discovered RAS.
