SUPERIOR SERVICE!! I couldn't ask for better service. Megan, Lynn, Sherwood and everyone who works there are AWESOME. When you walk in, friendly, and the personal touch of being recognized by name. Very easy to make an appointment (after hours drop off, someone can pick you up/bring you home/work or pick-up your vehicle) and given status update on your vehicle. No work is ever performed without your consent. I've been bringing my vehicle for years for servicing. A thorough "exam" is given of your vehicle and recommendations made. I'll always continue to come here !! Go see for yourself.

Great staff. Great service. Royalty diagnoses the problem with my vehicle and fixes it the first time. Royalty is simply the best auto repair facility in the area.

The service was great and well worth it. I brought in a project car I have and they not only gave me a full breakdown of my cars condition, but also let me see what they were doing during the car inspection. Afterwards they emailed me the complete list of information I can use from most important to not an issue so I could prioritize the work I do in the future. I also love that they didn't try to push any sales on me. I had a transmission leak and I love that they let me see, told me what parts we're messed up, let me know they offer that service and didn't keep pushing after I said I'd fix it myself (They knew it was just a project car too). I highly recommend that if you need a car inspection.

Top notch service both with my vehicle and the customer. Honest and up front with everything. I greatly appreciate the time they take to provide detailed explanations of work that was done and results of that work including photos. The shuttle service to and from the station is also wonderful to make the whole process easier. Lastly, a wash and vacuum of my vehicle was above and beyond. A+ all around.

Total perfection of customer service and care. They took my non starting car and made it get up and go again. Started with my starter and then radiator and then a solenoid for the turbo. True professionalism.
