As always, we were well taken care of. Sherwood goes above and beyond every time to get us what we need. An emergency for our van came up and even though overwhelmed, they treated us so great. They explain everything, take pics to show you the problem and go over all options. If you don’t already use them, you are seriously missing out!

I didn't even have an appointment! but the service manager Mr. Sherwood Cook was able to order my tires same day last minute! seeing that my tires wasn't safe for the road he made sure my car was safe to drive before I left the shop! Was on a business road trip with camera team when our van suffered a malfunctioning tire. With not many options available, we called Royalty Auto Service. Very nice employees and they quickly diagnosed the issue at hand. With no hassle, we ended up back on the road with no further issues. Highly recommended.
