Thank you Royalty Auto for the great service!! My car came in not running with unknown electrical issue/s. I spoke with Sherman Several times he kept me informed and let me know who would be working on the car (which was his dad) Sherman was upfront with pricing, and once they figured out the problems, He sent me a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done. The staff was very friendly I was very satisfied with the price and friendliness and professional service. They even vacuumed and washed my car… my rims never looked better. Royalty Auto Service is not only a great place to go to for any automotive needs, when you visit they take care of you, between just conversing with you and providing snacks and drinks it's an interaction that I found extremely enjoyable. Sherwood would call me or leave me a message to give me updates on my car and has even said that when I get back from my trip we can sit down and discuss what would be best for my vehicle, maintenance wise.

New to the area I called Royalty because of their reviews, I chose royalty because of the phone conversation I had with the associate. He was extremely nice and helpful, even if I don’t choose them to service my car he gave me tons of information to point me in the right direction. I ended up choosing them and they got my car in right away. This is not a fort cheap service, you pay for the quality and correct service. I’m very happy with my choice of auto service and will definitely be back with the rest of our family’s vehicles in the future.

They stand by all their work and make sure you are involved in the repair process, too.
