I found Royalty Auto Service through their YouTube channel. In the videos, I was very impressed with all the necessary steps they took for each procedure. I have had power steering, brake, and oil changed. Living in Jacksonville I decided the drive was acceptable. I have been impressed with the comfort of the waiting area. I have seen my car go out for test drives and get washed before giving me the keys. I've been looking for shops that go above and beyond my experience and this has been one of them.

I take my truck, car, and van to Royalty. They are fantastic. I really appreciate the detailed invoices and service write ups they give you with applicable pictures. I also appreciate their honesty. They will always tell you how it is and give you an idea about the health of the vehicle with no overselling on services or parts. Their car washes and shuttle service is pretty great too. The shop does great work or repairing our two cars and very timely.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Sierra was wonderful su explaining and breaking things down for me. I was also very appreciative for the transportation to and from home and i loved the fact that they cleaned my car and left a rose on my steering wheel ❤️
