They were very professional and I actually thought the front desk staff were auto service professionals because of their knowledge. Everything was explained to me in detail. I appreciated having a diagnostic print out with prices and after reviewing the specifics having their assistance and guidance to make my decisions. It's the little things that set you aside in business, I am a business owner and I know just the smallest extras can take you a long way. Royal does the EXTRA.
As always, the front desk staff was delightful and efficient. The ride service adds convenience to the process. Most importantly, the work on my truck I received was top notch.
