Service Advisor, Maegan was very professional, courteous, personal and thorough. She explained everything to us in great detail, both prior to and after the service to the vehicle. The Royalty Team provided the best customer service I have experienced in the automotive service industry. While we did not interact with the rest of the Royalty Team, observing the facility and the team members gave us a feeling of comfort and confidence that we had made a good choice for auto care.

I cannot say enough good things about the whole staff. Meghan and Megan totally went above and beyond what we expected. they explained everything. when we needed a ride they provided. they did not try to take advantage of us with the repairs needed. if I loves closer that would be our normal shop. the owners even came out so I could thank him in person.

I was totally impressed with the thoroughness of the service provided. Everything was explained well and can trust their recommendations. All the staff were so friendly and kind. I feel I was treated like royalty!
