They go above and beyond. Royalty Auto Services went above and beyond what was expected of them. I simply wanted an issue repaired, but they also took the initiative to wash my vehicle. I was very pleased.

The staff at Royalty Auto are always so helpful. They go above and beyond to inform you about your vehicle. I love that they are willing to work with you and get your car even when you have difficulty getting to the building physically. They are also very technology savvy and I get reminders through email as needed. I will continue to go there for my vehicle needs.

Problem resolved!. While visiting our son in St. Marys, GA, we decided to have his car, 2010 Jetta Tdi, repaired. The car had serious A/C issues along with service oriented issues. We looked on line for a VW dealer nearby but found Jacksonville too far away. We found Royalty Auto Service in St. Marys and after talking to them we developed enough confidence in them to leave the care there. Sherwood, the service manager and owner, took us to a car rental and we rented a car for our son and we returned home to FL. Some of the issues required parts from VW that were not readily in stock and waiting for the parts to come in would have been worrisome for us except for Sherwood's repeated contacts with updates further built our confidence in them. On completion Sherwood delivered the car to our son's residence. That evening our son came by our home in FL(250miles) and he said it is running great. We cranked it up and we could not believe the difference (He described it as, "Running like new."). It was a very pleasant experience working with Connie and Sherwood and if we resided there Royalty would have our business. If you want it done right, take it to Royalty. Thanks, Ray & Dell Foley
