Exceptional!!! You have to experience going for yourself to understand why I gave 5 stars. They are professional and down to earth people. I've been having my vehicle serviced for years and no complaints. Sherwood stands by their motto of building relationships - I receive calls asking if my vehicle is running fine after it has been serviced. I don't know many companies that make follow-up phone calls. Your vehicle is thoroughly examined and explained in detail what the Issue is. Kudos to everyone !!

Great service as usual.

Andrew did a great job diagnosing and fixing my Audi. The owner and his son were very knowledgeable and professional. The job went longer than expected but it was a part issue which was out of their hands. They kept me up to date on everything and made things right even though the problem was beyond their control. Highly recommend this shop!!!! Especially if you have an import and don’t want to drive an hour to get it fixed.

ANOTHER fantastic experience with Royalty! We absolutely love our mechanics and all the staff. They always are reasonable and extremely efficient! They treat us like family. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. Plus now we have the peace of mind with the 5 year 50,000 mile warranty they give us! And I love that they will pick up and drop off our vehicles. It’s such a seamless process to have maintenance and repairs done. And the added treat of having our vehicles cleaned and a beautiful rose on the dash. ♥️ Thank you for taking such good care of our vehicle family!

This was the first time that I went to the shop I drove from Jacksonville Florida due to a close friend AVAST me that this was a good place to have my vehicle worked on and from the time that I got there I had a wonderful experience the owners showed a lot of concern about my vehicle and I was very impressed with the service I would definitely return for all the service I need for my vehicle .

Excellent service, A1 staff!

I have never waited for my car. I am always grateful with the service when my car is picked up but I was yet again not disappointed. We were there from about 1:00pm to 2:45pm. The children’s playroom was extremely helpful in keeping my two three year olds and my 10 month old entertained. They also washed my Jeep, which needed it desperately and vacuumed the inside! I also got a really pretty flower. It really makes me smile when I leave Royalty or when they leave my car at my house every time.

I never thought I would have such an amazing experience from an auto repair shop! My son had his grandmothers car in Kings Bay since his had broken down in Tallahassee. When her car needed repair we were forced to find a local shop sight unseen. I called and spoke with Sabrina who immediately put me at ease ensuring me they could help. Within minutes Sherwood returned my call and offered assistance. Not only did they repair the car but they did it in less than 24 hours, helped my son get too and from the Navy base and kept me informed the whole way here in Tallahassee. The icing on the cake was the bill, I just knew that an emergency repair with that turn-around time would be astronomical but it wasn't. Sherwood informed me of the total cost of repair in advance and there were no surprise costs at the end.
