Exceptional!!! You have to experience going for yourself to understand why I gave 5 stars. They are professional and down to earth people. I've been having my vehicle serviced for years and no complaints. Sherwood stands by their motto of building relationships - I receive calls asking if my vehicle is running fine after it has been serviced. I don't know many companies that make follow-up phone calls. Your vehicle is thoroughly examined and explained in detail what the Issue is. Kudos to everyone !!

Andrew did a great job diagnosing and fixing my Audi. The owner and his son were very knowledgeable and professional. The job went longer than expected but it was a part issue which was out of their hands. They kept me up to date on everything and made things right even though the problem was beyond their control. Highly recommend this shop!!!! Especially if you have an import and don’t want to drive an hour to get it fixed.

ANOTHER fantastic experience with Royalty! We absolutely love our mechanics and all the staff. They always are reasonable and extremely efficient! They treat us like family. We won’t take our vehicles anywhere else. Plus now we have the peace of mind with the 5 year 50,000 mile warranty they give us! And I love that they will pick up and drop off our vehicles. It’s such a seamless process to have maintenance and repairs done.
