There are not enough stars or words to say how wonderful the team at Royalty Auto Service are. From the initial phone call to the paying of the bill was by far a wonderful experience. You can tell the entire team is all about the customer and customer service is their number one priority! Not knowing much about cars, Sherwood (the son) made sure he walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was going on and kept be updated every step of the way. My car needs a lot of work and Sherwood prioritized everything that needed to be done and had a print out with pictures for me to take home. I have no idea if they are the most expensive or the cheapest, but what I do know is that they are honest, they pay attention to detail and their customer service is unbeatable as is the work they do. If you are trying to find an HONEST and CARING, who does great work, auto service company, look no further Royalty Auto Service is where you need to be!!!

I continue to use this wonderful business because they go above and beyond. We have such a busy schedule with 5 kids and they always make it work for us! Sherwood has the best customer service around! I completely recommend them because you can trust they are working on your car like it’s theirs.

They were professional, detailed and very easy to work with. They wanted to ensure what and why certain repairs needed to be made all while also keeping budget in mind. They created a detailed cost estimate and time line of what was necessary and when. I will definitely be going back for any/all auto repairs.
