Royalty Auto Service was recommended by two close friends of mine. They said Royalty was a very reputable and the best professional automotive service in Camden County. Today (1/6/20) I decided to try Royalty instead of driving my Nissan to the dealership in Brunswick for service. Wow! I was pleasantly surprised by their thoroughness, professionalism, automotive knowledge, and customer attention. I haven't experienced this type of first class service since the Buick/Pontiac dealership in the 1970s in Cordele, GA. What a great feeling to see your vehicle after service cleaned and detailed. I am a believer and customer for good.

We are new to St. Marys and shortly after moving here my husband's truck needed servicing. So we did the research and guess who was most highly rated? Royalty was at the top of the list and it is NO WONDER!! Then it was my turn for car service and everything my husband said was spot on! My car was beautifully cleaned inside and out AND there was the most beautiful rose and greens sitting atop the steering wheel! What a treat! Thank you Sherwood for explaining things so thoroughly and giving me options of what and when to have the additional service done. And for providing documentation for everything we discussed. Royalty knows how to treat customers...professionalism, promptness, friendliness and quality workmanship. Many thanks to all.....you have two new loyal to Royalty customers!!

Hands down the most inviting, friendly, caring, and knowledgeable car place I have been to in a LONG time. They didn’t pressure me to buy anything unnecessary, and didn’t talk to you like you’re an idiot. They have definitely made a customer for life! Even detailed my car, and left teddy bears for my kids! It really is the little things.. for sure. Thank you guys so very much! ❤️

I went in to talk to them about a “special” car. They don’t normally work on older cars because they have such a fantastic warranty, and it’s hard to warrant parts on older cars. They did end up making an exception and doing ALL the required repairs and maintenance on my sweet lil car. It was done with the highest level of professionalism and service. I did not compare prices for most of the work done because they saved me from having to go to 3-4 separate places to complete the job. That alone, my time and money saved, was enough for me. I was satisfied. At the end of the day I also took advantage of 12 months interest free, offered in shop.

I truly appreciated the folks at Royalty. Their courtesy wonderful, but what I liked most was the integrity. My truck was an easy target for a scam mechanic, and they let me know it was a problem bigger than expected. All my options were explained to me in clear detail. When I left the office, I was sure what my next move was. I will use them again when needed in the future.
