As always I cannot day enough good things about Royalty. They always go above and beyond. We are moving soon and Sherwood and his team took the extra time to ensure our car is in tip top shape.

I'm sure there aren't enough words to describe my satisfaction with Royalty Auto Service. I have not been treated so well at an auto repair shop. THANK YOU guys for making sure an old lady can get in her car and feel comfortable and safe no matter where I go.

Top notch service! There is no other shop like it, all work on a routine oil change done, but car returned perfectly clean, inside and out . It was also picked up from my house promptly after I received a call and sanitized when I picked it back up. This company is complying with the CDC guidelines to protect me from the Covid -19 virus and I appreciate it. The cost of all this, including road testing was bery reasonable, too. I enjoy my rose as an aded bonus to being treated like RoYalty!!

Excellent service every visit

I received top notch service for my car here. I requested a courtesy inspection, and they did a detailed inspection of my 2000 Lincoln Town Car. In addition, they offered to work with me on the recommended repairs, which I could not otherwise pay for, but were needed. They are staggering the repairs, with the most necessary ones getting done first, etc. ,which makes this so much less stressful! I am so grateful, and still in shock, and disbelief, who does that? The service is personalized, they came and picked my car up from my job, since I couldn't bring it in, dur to my work schedule, wow!! And they picked me up from work, too! And even washed my car, with no extra charge, how sweet! I highly recommend this shop to anyone!
