As always Royalty Auto exceeded our expectations! They were so accommodating and helpful. With the chaos going on I’m trying to keep my little girl away from others and they were great about picking up our car and returning it in a timely manner. I was able to communicate and pay all through the phone and never once had to leave the house or come into contact with anyone. As always we will happily be returning for any future issues with our vehicles. :) Also my husband is super happy to have a clean car! :D

Mr Sherwood is kind and he absolutely understands everyone needs and struggles. I have been having cars serviced since 1956 and have never had such a positive experience. As I drove away, I literally felt like my 2012 Edge was a new car. On your next visit, read their mission statement posted on the wall in the reception area. They live up to it....in spades!

We found our new place to take our cars. Since moving down here last summer we had to find a new everything. At the top of the list is a good mechanic & we found that with Royalty Auto. Their prices are very reasonable, they didn’t charge me for 2 other items I wanted done with my truck & it came back super clean. We will be lifelong customers!
