Royalty Auto Service was truly a lifesaver for us. We were driving through the area in the process of moving from DC to Houston in our BMW 328i when we started having car trouble. We were pretty far from the BMW dealership in Jacksonville so looked for closer options and found Royalty on google. I called them to see if they could look at our car and even though they were booked a week out, they said they could work us in. We got towed to the shop and they immediately started troubleshooting what was wrong. It was pretty late in the day so we needed to find a hotel for the night. Sherwood found us a hotel, called over to make sure we could stay there with our dog and even dropped us off with our dog and bags. They suggested places for us to eat and all were great recommendations. We also wanted to rent a car so they booked us a rental car at a reduced rate and called them to come pick us up. They constantly kept us updated as they knew we were on a tight time schedule and needed to get back on the road. They figured out the problem, fixed it and had us back in the car 48 hours later! They went over and beyond on everything and were willing to help out in any way they could. I would recommend this shop to not only anyone living in the area, but anyone passing through or living in a couple hour radius. It is worth the drive!

I would tell them that not only did you do exactly what you said you would before the day We had to have our truck back but that the detail work when we received the truck back was superb! and the nice touch of a small bouquet on the dash was a simple and surprising touch that will be well remembered! My mother in law was jealous and a bit upset because she had just bought a new car and the dealership didn't hold a candle to the excellent work you all did! Thanks!

From the time I made an appointment to have my Mustang GT power window repaired after three former attempts by others untill I picked it up I was satisfied with the service. The car had been washed and vacuumed and ready the same day. They also installed new BFG tires and serviced my Daughter's car. Very good job. Thanks Sherwood and staff.
