St Marys and Kingsland Auto Repair

My husband just left Royalty after getting an oil change there for the first time. I had heard about them from Kristina Cooke, who I’ve known for a couple of years and have always heard nothing but wonderful things about the shop from other friends so I’ve always told my husband that if there were ever a time that he couldn’t get around to servicing our vehicle, that this is where I’d like for him to take it! My husband called me immediately to tell me how impressed he was with the service, how clean and professional the shop was and how everyone there was incredibly kind. The car looks fantastic and the price was more than reasonable! Thank you to everyone at Royalty Auto, we appreciate your hard work and will definitely be back.

On our way to Virginia, we blew out a tire and cracked a wheel on I95 North right at the Georgia/Florida border. After getting the mini spare on, we went to a couple of the local tire stores who were less than helpful and weren't really interested in helping us - we got the 3-4 day timeframe speech. We then found Royalty Auto Service. It was clear that they wanted to help out the out of towners. Sherwood located a used replacement wheel and made arrangements to get a new tire. Unfortunately, the wheel was not the correct size (not Sherwood's fault) so we decided to rent a car and continue our trip. We left our car at the Royalty shop where the wheel and tire were replaced while we were gone. We picked up the car on our way home. The car had been cleaned inside and out, Royalty "gets" customer service and we felt that the minute we walked in the door. They have a great shop and a customer focused business. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! They provided an itemized list of everything they found wrong with my car before starting work on it and called me and went over each item with me telling me which items were of most importance to be fixed. They really made sure I understood what was going on with my car and what the repairs would entail. I live in Jacksonville, but was visiting family when my car broke down. Now I think I would drive the hour to St. Mary’s for any future repairs that need to be made. They were great to work with.
