Outstanding as always. Good communications and follow up with my concerns about what I need to do now, what I need to keep an eye on and recheck or schedule for repair at next service.

Royalty again surpasses our expectations for outstanding quality service and an incomparable staff. Told by another service provider that we were facing a major engine repair, we sought a second opinion from Royalty. They provided an honest, data-driven assessment of our vehicle’s issue derived after painstaking observation. No flighty, seat-of-pants operation, these folks know cars and they wanted to make certain they clearly identified the problem with our vehicle and then explained it in layperson’s terms so we could make an informed decision. This is so important, especially if it’s a costly repair, as it was in our case. We opted to have Royalty handle the repair. They kept us informed throughout the process and we left with our vehicle running like a top. Still a heavy hit to the pocket but we have peace of mind knowing the repairs were done by a company of this caliber.

The staff is filled with a genuine group of people who did all they could to make a difficult situation with my car go as smooth as possible. Thank you for your service and support.

I have been a customer of Royalty for some 14 years. Throughout that time it’s service on my automobiles has been outstanding. Within the last couple of weeks it has worked diligently at performing a major repair to my 2013 Honda Accord. My car broke down on Christmas Eve, which I'm sure you can imagine was less than ideal, but the tow service dropped it off at Royalty and they took care of it ASAP as soon as they were back in the office. Great service, great communication (and good coffee), I can't recommend this place highly enough. Quite literally a lifesaver for me this holiday season.
