Service is thorough and professional. Waiting room is comfortable if you desire to wait on your vehicle. However, they offer a customer service ride to your home and back again. Service here reminds me of the way dealerships used to treat their customers. You get a car wash with service here plus a surprise flower for you or your spouse. Nice touch.

Royalty had great customer service and was able to schedule appointment promptly after I purchased a car that i wanted to have an inspection.
